Project Description
This wood floor restoration involved sanding a herringbone pine timber floor and carrying out multiple repairs. An old concrete hearth was removed and the area was screeded with a fast-drying levelling compound to create a flat surface. We then installed reclaimed parquet blocks that we sourced from an old school — a perfect match!
After all the repairs had been finished we sanded, filled and finished the area a prime classic followed by two coats of Bona Mega lacquer extra matt lacquer.
This parquet floor was 2.5 days work.
