Project Description
We received a call asking if we covered the Shaftesbury area to help save this stunning parquet floor….absolutely! after the new fireplace had been installed our parquet floor restoration team came in. Before the sanding could be started we cut in the reclaimed blocks we had sourced (perfect match) to a cork expansion strip that we use for features to allow a little movement during different times of the year.
We collected the dust from the sanding process mixed with our resin to fill all the gaps before a final buff with the Bona flexi sand. Applying bona prime classic followed by two coats of Bona traffic HD with the floor buffed between coats.
