Project Description
In Southampton, we completed a bespoke wood floor supply and fit project using ripped and cracked oak plank wood flooring that was smoked and oiled to enhance its natural depth and texture. Before installation, the existing subfloor was removed and replaced with a full acoustic system — including sound insulation, acoustic strips to the joists, acoustic boarding, and acoustic matting. The result is a beautifully fitted plank floor that combines striking character with exceptional sound performance and craftsmanship.
